Charming 42 m² gîte in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, in Ballan Miré. Independent and adjacent to the owner’s house, this authentic accommodation is perfect for a couple or friends (2 to 4 guests) in a peaceful, green setting. The gîte features: - a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and wardrobe, - a bright living room with a 160 cm pull-down bed, - a fully equipped kitchen with capsule and filter coffee machines, dishes, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, - bathroom and WC. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided free of charge. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, and a fan. Easy ground-level access. Washing machine and dryer are shared for stays of 3 nights or more. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private uncovered terrace with countryside views and a private garden. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals. The property offers two shared parking spaces on site or a locked garage for motorbikes/bikes. This gîte is not equipped for young children. Parties are not allowed. You’ll receive a warm welcome and the best tips to explore the treasures of Touraine. The gîte is 500 m from the Loire à Vélo trail, near Lake Bretonnières with treetop adventure course, 2 golf courses. Visit castles such as Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon... and only 8 km from Tours city center. Wellness activities and "Aikiam" classes are available in Ballan Miré upon reservation for an extra charge.
